Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Site Inspected(“the platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Site Inspected is a web-based platform for structural inspection data management, defect tracking, and report generation. We provide the platform on a subscription basis, with a free tier available subject to usage limits described on our website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' data
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform

You retain ownership of all inspection data, photos, and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

The free tier is provided without charge subject to the usage limits published on our website. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice. Use of the free tier for commercial purposes (including using the platform to generate reports for paying clients) is permitted.

Paid tier access is arranged directly with us. Pricing is agreed on a per-organisation basis. Payment terms, cancellation, and refund conditions are set out in the separate agreement made at the time of upgrade.

We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the platform entirely, and will provide a data export mechanism during that period.

The platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that reports generated will satisfy any particular regulatory or professional standard. Structural inspection reports generated by the platform should be reviewed and signed off by a qualified professional where required by applicable regulations.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
